Will Sasso

You may know Will Sasso from the highly successful sitcom, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage which is about to start its’ third season on CBS, but the truth is that the Ladner, British Columbia actor has had a very busy 35 year career in front of the camera.

By the age of 15 Will had landed his first agent and quickly began booking roles in television and film.  Prior to making the move to Los Angeles, Will starred for five seasons as the quirky teen, “Derek Wakauk” on the award-winning Canadian dramatic series Madison.  Will then starred for five seasons on FOX’s hit sketch comedy series Mad TV from 1997 to 2002.  During his career he has earned credits in over 40 feature films and has had nearly 100 tv appearances.

Never forgetting his Canadian roots, Will hosted the 2006 Canadian Comedy Awards as well as the festival’s “Sketch & Improv Showcases”.  Will was also a host at the 2005-2006 NHL award ceromony.

Whether it was catching Will in an episode of the X-Files, Entourage, Two and a Half Men, Modern Family, Grey’s Anatomy or his recurring roles on How I Met Your Mother and Young Sheldon, I am happy to know that I can catch Will every week in his role as Jim McAllister on Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage.
